Resource Planner for Norra Brännans Home Care and Night Patrol

The Home Care sector currently consists of 6 home care groups and 1 night patrol. Based on user work environment and economic perspectives, we aim to achieve the most efficient planning possible, utilizing the management's personnel resources in the best way. We are now looking for 1 resource planner for the new operational area of Norra Brännans home care and night patrol.

As a resource planner, you have a central and significant role in the operation you work in. You will closely collaborate with the entire team, which includes employees, managers, nurses, and care coordinators. Your work involves receiving, coordinating, and planning approved services, taking into account both the needs of users, work environment perspectives, and the financial framework of the operation.

An important part of your role is to ensure that services are distributed as efficiently and sustainably as possible. To achieve this, you maintain ongoing dialogue with users, listening to their wishes and needs to adapt the planning accordingly. Through a flexible and solution-oriented approach, you contribute to creating a well-functioning and safe care environment for users while ensuring a good working environment for staff.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with good communication skills and strong knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You have the ability to remain calm and balanced in your interactions. You are flexible and can easily adapt when circumstances change. You can work independently in a structured and systematic manner. Good computer skills are required.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with planning, staffing, or administration. We prefer candidates with experience in care-related work. A valid B driver's license is desirable.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Other Information

Extent: Full-time

Start date will be agreed upon.

Salary: Individual salary setting.
